The Net Zero workshop will create an opportunity for DoD to articulate to industry its operational and tactical Net Zero challenges at the tactical edge through the use of operational vignettes while providing an opportunity for Industry to share with DoD its current and future capabilities as well as articulate the obstacles they perceive in getting solutions to DoD. The two-day workshop will bring together commercial, academic, US Government and other entities who are interested in issues for development and testing of solutions for the US Government partners related to green energy and sustainability for small FOBs.

The workshop is sponsored by the US Army Rapid Equipping Force and other US Government partners. It will be open to all entities eligible to do business with the US Government.

Ms. Sharon E. Burke, Asst. Secretary of Defense for Operational Energy Plans and Programs, will deliver the keynote speech at the workshop.

• Provide an area for a mini-expo for participants and vendors to showcase their technologies in an open, unclassified environment
